Before dedicating himself fully to real estate, David built a career in the entertainment industry, working in film and television production. From Los Angeles sound stages to iconic properties nationwide, he gained a unique perspective on marketing, storytelling, and presentation — skills he now applies to real estate strategy, brand development, and brokerage growth.

In 2021, David founded what was originally EastTenn Real Estate, launching with a vision of creating a technology-forward, cloud-based brokerage grounded in servant leadership. As the firm expanded beyond Knoxville into additional markets, it was rebranded as Blue Sky Realty Partners to reflect a broader footprint and a bigger vision.
